For crew members, SecurePort offers a job board with assigned and shared tasks, project photo uploads, a time clock, and training resources. Lessons cover practical topics such as general labor, REO cleaning, lock changes, and job photo standards. Course tests use an 80 percent minimum passing score. Training supports written instructions and supervisor guidance; it is not a substitute for professional certification or authorization to perform a particular job.

Administrators use the workspace to manage invitations and access, organize employee records, review work orders, track payroll and invoices, and oversee training. Individual users can maintain their own profile and access their private records. Public information pages do not provide access to employee documents, financial records, or private job details.
